This place is doing it alllllll right!!! The owner was adorable, sooo personable, and clearly very proud of herself. I couldn’t be more impressed I love to support a small business especially one where I know the owner is a great person. I got a half dozen donuts (yes she’s right I did finish them myself) Samoa, Nutella peanut butter, and caramel pecan I can’t pick a favorite they were all so good. I didn’t like my drink but it’s a personal preference. Please do yourself a favor and get yourself some guilt free treats!! Keep killing it guys!!

I had such a great experience at Trench Nutrition! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to walk me through the menu and answer all of my questions. I tried the Pot of Gold tea, and it was absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for a place with great service and delicious, nutritious options, I definitely recommend Trench Nutrition!

I’m obsessed with the healthy dessert options at Trench Nutrition! It’s the perfect spot to satisfy a sweet tooth without the guilt. Everything I’ve tried tastes amazing, and it’s clear they put care into both the flavor and the nutrition. Kids loved it too! Definitely one of my go-to spots now!

I love this place! I recently starting coming and it’s been nothing but GREAT from the warming atmosphere to amazing staff. The owner Ashley and her team are great! The shakes are AMAZING (strawberry cheesecake is my FAV) I usually get the energizer tea because it’s PACKED with energy and I feel the effects right away. I always feel hydrated after. 10/10 recommend!

Love this place! Excellent customer service. I’ve only had the protein smoothie chunky monkey, so far, but it was sooooo good, and less than 300 calories! They also offered free mini protein donuts and they were great! Super cute and comfortable interior in the beautiful downtown district. Went for a sunrise run, then got my protein shake after. Highly recommend!

Really delicious and super nice people! I had no idea they were there! I got a Java chip protein coffee and it was really good, I’ll definitely be back to try their other options, but my drink set the bar pretty high. Also good seating available, a friend and I hung out and talked for about an hour.

Absolutely fantastic business with an even more amazing owner! I was able to come in and set up as a small business owner with my blind date with a book. I tried one of their March specials - Over the Rainbow and it was delicious! As well as one of their staples - an adult version of Spider-Man. If you're in downtown Fayetteville - stop in and grab a drink, donuts or a shake! Especially now that the weather is warming up!

Decided to pass my regular after gym protein shake, to head downtown to tryout Trench Nutrition. What a great decision! The meal protein shake 12/10. The fact that the owner herself took my order won me over from the start! She immediately showed her knowledge of nutrition and her product! They have rewards that will get you free stuff!
